Camp Chacauco (near Ambato,Ecuador)

What:

We will be doing Prayer Walks, Construction projects, Children’s programs in the local communities
Where do I find all the Forms:

All the Forms can be found on the Student Ministry Website - www.souledoutministry.org , even a sample letter to inform folks of what you are doing. Absolute deadline for ALL Forms is April 3rd.

What are the cost:

Cost Includes -  Airfare, Travelers' insurance, Food, Housing, In-country transportation, Camp equipment and supplies, Exit tax, Application Fee - $50.00 (included in Cost)

Does NOT include -  Passports, Snacks, Souvenirs, Personal expenses while traveling and in-country Any additional costs associated with the trip before you arrive and after you leave.

  If you have any questions, please call me at the church or on my cell phone. Hopefully you have sent your support letters out, and are beginning to receive monies back. If they send it to the church. Please make sure it has Your Name - Ecuador Mission Trip on it somewhere. The April 3rd payment is the payment that locks in our airfare. If I do not receive your payment, I will assume you have changed your mind about going. Please make sure and call me and let me know what your plans are for sure!
